TRAINING PROGRAM
FOR INDIVIDUALS

The MBSR course is an intensive group or individual training program aimed at cultivating mindfulness. Through systematic guidance, you will learn everyday mindfulness exercises in 8 sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours.

These exercises combine meditative practices in stillness and movement with approaches from modern psychology and stress research. They are taught during the course and practiced at home with the help of CDs. Additionaly, there are weekly informal exercises such as breath awareness, mindfulness in daily activities, perception or pleasant and unpleasant events, mindful communication, and stress management.

The course is partially subsidized by statutory health insurance providers as part of preventive measures. Please inquire with vour insurance provider.
